“I get energy from projects where I can use my knowledge and experience broadly and also learn new things.”

While studying Applied Physics in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, I focused on topics such as acoustics, automation, programming and machine learning, among others. During my third-year internship, I researched the possibility of “auralizing” airborne sound between two adjacent spaces. In my graduate internship, I developed an application that can use machine learning on camera images to determine whether an airplane leaves condensation behind, which in some cases has a negative effect on the environment, and which airplane it is.

After completing my studies and working through several months on my thesis topic, I joined M+P in April 2024. I would like to use my knowledge and experience here to find the best possible solutions for projects together with my colleagues. In addition, I hope to be able to develop further in the coming years.

In my spare time I enjoy music. I listen a lot to different genres, play guitar and occasionally work as a sound engineer at small events.
